A conversation about relationships, intimacy or difficult decisions does not require public disclosure of private information.
Who handles personal information?
EMP — Experience Meaning & Possibility (empmodel.com) is the party collecting information through its official website and contact channels. Write to contact@empmodel.com for inquiries about relationship reviews, self-reflection, cooperation, content corrections or personal data.
Purposes and categories of information
When you voluntarily email EMP, your message may include a name or preferred form of address, email address, relevant personal circumstances, service requirements, discussion history, and any agreed transaction information. These are used to reply, assess service suitability, discuss scope and fees, arrange written or audio delivery and provide necessary support.
Do not send full identity documents, passwords, medical records, complete addresses or another person's sensitive information during an initial inquiry. Optional data is voluntary, but missing essential contact or service details may prevent a response.
Technology, recipients and processing locations
EMP currently uses Vercel for website hosting and email as its main inquiry channel. The EMP main website does not itself provide checkout or a customer login. Authorized administrators and necessary hosting or email service providers may handle data, including through facilities outside Taiwan, as required for these purposes.
The EMP main website does not currently install Google Analytics or Meta Pixel tracking scripts. Changes to measurement or advertising tools will be reflected in updated disclosures. External services and linked websites have their own policies.
Retention and public use
Contact and service records are retained only while reasonably needed for inquiries, agreed services, support, legitimate transaction records and applicable legal obligations. Retention depends on context; we do not claim that all emails are automatically deleted after a fixed number of days.
Identifiable client messages, photographs, personal circumstances or other sensitive content will not be republished as marketing or case material without separate confirmation.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, a copy, correction, supplementation, cessation of use or deletion of your information. Some records may need to remain for legal or accounting purposes. Contact contact@empmodel.com; we may verify your identity before handling a request.
This notice describes the current EMP website. Individual service terms, payment arrangements and cancellations are subject to written confirmation and applicable law.
